Re - rendezvous with Divine

I rise and & the worlds rise,
I set & the worlds set,
I am dance of the Sun,

I am play of the moon,
I am the purifying fire,
Free from any desire,
I blew & the worlds drench,
I make the connecting strings strech,
I am the brginning & I am the End,
I am in between & I am the trend!

Did it start here?

Was searching for institutes for a course, when was baffled at the list of institues. Have this innate desire to learn something worthwhile. Wish I could have studied in one of those institutes - Sanchi, Taxila, Nalanda, Taxila...

Jaisa filmo mein hota hai, ho raha hai hubahoo

One of my friends recently got heartbreak. She was distressed and came to me to tear open her heart. She talked, talked, talked and talked. All I could decide that moment was to give her a listening ear. When she had vomited out all hatred, anger and pain, a silence dawned. But this was not the joyful silence. With an intention to make the atmosphere light, I could somehow manage to pull out certain words from my tongue. I told her a funny incident of my life. Once my little nephew (when he was still much little) came to me and said, “Di, I am in love with you. Will you me mine for the next few lifetimes”. I was totally wonder struck, and could only laugh at the innocence of the heart from which those words were coming. I kept laughing, laughing and laughing. After a couple of days I and my nephew had a good fight. I refused to join him in a football game, and he said, “Di, tum toh ho hi meri dushman. Tumse to meri khushi bardasht hi nahi hoti(The line loses its essence when translated! But still…Di, you have enmity with me for sure, and you cannot digest my happiness)”. Ha…Now I felt a little more concerned and reported both the incidents to His mother. Well, this must have resulted in pruning of some channels or TV shows from his television hours, but the incidents helped me and my friend to burst into laughter, which was the most needed to break that pinching silence.

My friend called me a few days later and thanked me with all her heart. No doubt, the reason of this was beyond my comprehension. She continued, “You unknowingly have made me come out of that bullshit state in a week’s time. I was thinking of the incidents you told me the other day, and all of a sudden this song from the movie ‘The three idiots’ popped up on TV screen – ‘Jaisa filmo mein hota hai, ho raha hai hubahoo’. I could recall all the dialogues and drama that happened between me and him (her boy friend) were copy paste of some dialogues from some movie scenes here and there. The moment I could catch this, I was out of the whole painful melodrama. It is a different story that my whole anger has been shifted to the Bollywood and Hollywood.  It has been like God guiding me at each step to come out of the whole mess. Thanks to you!”.
I am not yet able to write a good conclusion for this one. But all I could wonder upon is ‘jaisa filmo mein hota hai, waisa hota hai hubahoo’.
I cannot resist but sharing this one!

I was born with a 6/6 vision

I was born with 6/6 eye sight, with wonder in my eyes. I still remember moon used to be full of life for me with eyes, nose, lips, mouth.. Everything around me was new and lively. Then I started to look at the world with the eyes of my parents. The good and bad entered the mind, right and wrong, do’s and don’ts come into the picture, and I put on the first set of spectacles. I also started watching television, and new concepts for the world dawned in the mind. So, I put on another set of spectacles. I also went to school and had lots of friends. Now, a new outlook was there. First set, second set and I could manage to have one more set of spectacles without removing the old ones. Then I went to college also and blah blah ...I managed to load a good number of spectacles and that too without being aware of the same. No doubt, my vision for the world was (had to be) blurred till now.
For now if awareness has dawned in me, all I have to do is to put a reverse gear. And I have done that. I am once again developing the 6/6 vision of my intuition. Things have already started to look beautiful and they will continue to be.

An Imagination of Thoughts - Birth of new Earth

How 2nd Earth was discovered by five scientists – A, B, C, D and Langdin!!!
SCENE: A, B, C and D were sitting together after finishing their latest research on Galaxies. Langdin was sleeping nearby.
A: MY memory reminds me that we decided to do researh on inventions that took place through INTUITIONs.
B:If you have started talking about intuitions, I STRONGLY feel there is a new project on the way for all of us.
C: Langdin is quite bored and he was SAYing THAT WE SHOULD all GO for a break.
D: Oh, forget break. Have you gone THROUGH the news that a STAR BURSTed last night?
A: I wonder how I missed this news. It may give an important turn to my studies of GALAXIES.
B: I don’t know but my intuition says WE WILL soon be FINDing SOMETHING .THERE is something great going to come up.
C: You know what my intuiton says: We will all go for a break of 2 months.
The first sentence Langdin spoke after waking up from sleep was this:
My intuition strongly says that we should go through starburst galaxy. We will find something there.
They all had no idea why did they follow this sleepy intuition of Langdin, but they did. In a matter of 2 months they found a planet which supported life like Earth. They named it INTLANG (INTUITION + LANGDIN)
(All sitting together for a supper after 3 months)
A: I was wondering who put this intuition into Langdin’s head. Anyways, welldone dude..

Communication

One of the major achievements of human mind must be to be able to communicate with the other species. At some point in history, pigeons were used to send messages. Imagine how marvelous it would be if we keep that possibility still alive, and people sitting at various places in the world receive our messages through birds. It would be one of the best ways to connect with the nature. However, it is not the medium, whether it is a pigeon or an email, which holds much importance, but it is the soul of the message which actually works. Same words coming from different persons carry different energies and produce different impacts. A mother’s words to her child cannot be compared with that of anybody else uttering the same words. What I have realized is that it is not the words you say which are important but your intention behind those very words. Are we being manipulative or straight in our intention! Real communication is beyond words. Certainly, presentation of the message does hold a place (which is often missing when our parents tell us something). Apt presentation with a pure intention is a killer combination. I would love having the skill of being true to myself, and at the same time presenting my intentions in a smart enough way. I am developing that skill.

Science and wonder

Nature doesn’t stop to wonder me. So does science. I encountered a beautiful fact while reading ‘The Da Vinci Code’ – about phi. It states despite of having mathematical origin the number, equivalent to 1.618, is fundamental building block in nature. The book gives so many examples which boggle the mind. Some of the examples stated were:

The ratio of number of female bees by the number of male bees in any beehive in the world is phi.

Sun flower seeds grow in opposing spirals; the ratio of each rotation’s diameter to the next is phi.

Measure the distance from the tip of your head to the floor. Then divide that by the distance from your belly button to the floor ; guess what number you get! (Well, I did and I was surprised.)

And so many other examples…

At every step nature strives to take us back into that state of wonder we were born with. I could again come back to that state and I recall Wonder is the only way.

Secret behind repetition

We, as humans, have a tendency to get bore with things. We get bore with a place and change places. Some get bore with a person and tend to change partners. Getting bored of eating too much sweet, we crave for salty and vice verse. But if we look at nature, it loves repetition. Days and night never fail to repeat one after another. Seasons continue to repeat and all natural phenomena   (Leaving some surprises that nature gives) tend to repeat. There must be some secret behind repetition and the boredom it causes. May be repetition is there to be lived through and get rid of. May be there is something beyond repetition and boredom? I was wondering if the only way of getting rid of boredom is to thoroughly live through it and find that something beyond boredom.

But then nature also loves diversity, which is there to break boredom and bring freshness. We have so many types of flowers feasting our eyes, so many types of fruits for our taste, so many species of animals to wonder about and so many religions to celebrate all...the list is endless. For whom nature has created all this diversity? The only answer that comes to mind is, for us to enjoy. Perhaps there are certain things which we need to be through in order to be free from boredom and yet another things we need to keep changing in order to enjoy.
All the questions cease when this answer dawns - Life is about learning to have that PERFECT balance. The school continues...
