Did it start here?

Was searching for institutes for a course, when was baffled at the list of institues. Have this innate desire to learn something worthwhile. Wish I could have studied in one of those institutes - Sanchi, Taxila, Nalanda, Taxila...

Jaisa filmo mein hota hai, ho raha hai hubahoo

One of my friends recently got heartbreak. She was distressed and came to me to tear open her heart. She talked, talked, talked and talked. All I could decide that moment was to give her a listening ear. When she had vomited out all hatred, anger and pain, a silence dawned. But this was not the joyful silence. With an intention to make the atmosphere light, I could somehow manage to pull out certain words from my tongue. I told her a funny incident of my life. Once my little nephew (when he was still much little) came to me and said, “Di, I am in love with you. Will you me mine for the next few lifetimes”. I was totally wonder struck, and could only laugh at the innocence of the heart from which those words were coming. I kept laughing, laughing and laughing. After a couple of days I and my nephew had a good fight. I refused to join him in a football game, and he said, “Di, tum toh ho hi meri dushman. Tumse to meri khushi bardasht hi nahi hoti(The line loses its essence when translated! But still…Di, you have enmity with me for sure, and you cannot digest my happiness)”. Ha…Now I felt a little more concerned and reported both the incidents to His mother. Well, this must have resulted in pruning of some channels or TV shows from his television hours, but the incidents helped me and my friend to burst into laughter, which was the most needed to break that pinching silence.

My friend called me a few days later and thanked me with all her heart. No doubt, the reason of this was beyond my comprehension. She continued, “You unknowingly have made me come out of that bullshit state in a week’s time. I was thinking of the incidents you told me the other day, and all of a sudden this song from the movie ‘The three idiots’ popped up on TV screen – ‘Jaisa filmo mein hota hai, ho raha hai hubahoo’. I could recall all the dialogues and drama that happened between me and him (her boy friend) were copy paste of some dialogues from some movie scenes here and there. The moment I could catch this, I was out of the whole painful melodrama. It is a different story that my whole anger has been shifted to the Bollywood and Hollywood.  It has been like God guiding me at each step to come out of the whole mess. Thanks to you!”.
I am not yet able to write a good conclusion for this one. But all I could wonder upon is ‘jaisa filmo mein hota hai, waisa hota hai hubahoo’.
I cannot resist but sharing this one!

I was born with a 6/6 vision

I was born with 6/6 eye sight, with wonder in my eyes. I still remember moon used to be full of life for me with eyes, nose, lips, mouth.. Everything around me was new and lively. Then I started to look at the world with the eyes of my parents. The good and bad entered the mind, right and wrong, do’s and don’ts come into the picture, and I put on the first set of spectacles. I also started watching television, and new concepts for the world dawned in the mind. So, I put on another set of spectacles. I also went to school and had lots of friends. Now, a new outlook was there. First set, second set and I could manage to have one more set of spectacles without removing the old ones. Then I went to college also and blah blah ...I managed to load a good number of spectacles and that too without being aware of the same. No doubt, my vision for the world was (had to be) blurred till now.
For now if awareness has dawned in me, all I have to do is to put a reverse gear. And I have done that. I am once again developing the 6/6 vision of my intuition. Things have already started to look beautiful and they will continue to be.

Communication

One of the major achievements of human mind must be to be able to communicate with the other species. At some point in history, pigeons were used to send messages. Imagine how marvelous it would be if we keep that possibility still alive, and people sitting at various places in the world receive our messages through birds. It would be one of the best ways to connect with the nature. However, it is not the medium, whether it is a pigeon or an email, which holds much importance, but it is the soul of the message which actually works. Same words coming from different persons carry different energies and produce different impacts. A mother’s words to her child cannot be compared with that of anybody else uttering the same words. What I have realized is that it is not the words you say which are important but your intention behind those very words. Are we being manipulative or straight in our intention! Real communication is beyond words. Certainly, presentation of the message does hold a place (which is often missing when our parents tell us something). Apt presentation with a pure intention is a killer combination. I would love having the skill of being true to myself, and at the same time presenting my intentions in a smart enough way. I am developing that skill.
